Can't disable program reminder for channel 577 Celtic games

I've been having a problem for a long time where I keep getting upcoming program reminders only for Boston Celtic games on channel 577 which I do not subscribe to.  I never set this since I don't get the channel with my subscription level and don't have program recording subscription.  Once I get the pop-up, about 5 minutes before the game, I cancel it.  I then look in the guide for the next game and see it does not have a reminder set.  At some point in time later, the next game gets magically set with a reminder that I didn't set. I don't see any connection but last year I did add calendar reminders for Celtic playoff games in my Microsoft Outlook account.

When power cycling the ST box didn't fix, I called FIOS support.  They did the same thing they do for every problem that they don't know the answer, remotely factory reset the box wiping out all my custom settings.  That did not fix the problem either and just caused me to have to tweak all my setting back.  One thing important to figure out  is, is the problem locally on my STB or in Verizon's network for my TV profile.

Try calling the billing department and have them refresh your authorization. could be as you say, a problem with your profile. It could also be a glitch in the Fios box you are using left over from a previous customer if the box was not wiped properly before being put back in service.
