Cannot restart program from the beginning anymore!!

Not a happy customer! For years, I have been able to turn on the TV (and cable box), and whatever channel it was on, I was able to restart that program from the beginning, or at the very least go back one hour. Suddenly, that feature was no longer available. I called customer service because I thought something was wrong with my box. They said there is nothing wrong with my box. They told me that the most recent software update removed this feature!! They told me the development team removed this feature to try to fix something else and it didn't work!! Not happy! BRING THIS FEATURE BACK!! I am told a ton of people have been complaining about this to customer service. I officially added myself to this list. But I felt I needed to post something here. I hope someone high up in Verizon Fios reads this! Don't screw with the things we love about the service!!
