Cannot watch DVR on App while at home

Hello! Any help appreciated. Last thread was Nov 2023? My App says: Error loading , Content Unavailable, ‘it looks like you’re not connected to the internet”. I am connected of course. App now only works for live tv or purchases/rentals. App shows DVR Used vs Free space %.

Have you tried uninstalling the app, deleting any app data and cache, then re-installing the app? Power-cycling the router? If that doesn't work try calling billing and have them re-authorize your account.

Thx. Router cycle, app deletion tried many times. I’m already registered acct manager. What number is billing? Just spent 45 mins trying to figure out which one just for that? I don’t need to pay online. I tried chat, nada. I just tried to get ‘call back service’, asked a few auto questions, then it cut off call.
