Cannot watch DVR while on app at home

The app does not allow me to watch what I have recorded on my DVR.  I am at home and connected to my home network. I have unplugged the router and the set top box and plugged them back in. I have signed out of the app and back in. I have registered my device. I have connected to the set top box (I think). Sometimes I can see what is recorded but when I try to watch something I get error code: 33-PLYB_UI-174  Other time I cannot see what as recorded and simply get a message that says Error Try Again. I am incredibly frustrated that this service stopped working and am thinking about switching back to Cox Cable or looking into You Tube TV.

They say it is the app mistakenly identifying the device as rooted. It is fixed in the upcoming update.

I'll run the error code past support and see what they say. Hang in....
