I upgraded my Verizon plan and now my Roku will no longer work. It is asking for a Roku IP address, which I cannot find anywhere. I can only use my phone and use the Roku app to watch TV. The TV controller does not work.

The Roku uses WiFi to connect, not the Fios box. Try unplugging the Roku from power for a while and plug it back in. That should cause it to reconnect to your WiFi. If that doesn't work, go to the Roku menu and look at the internet setup, WiFi and reset it there. There is no reason for it being unable to connect to your network.
