My DVR is very slow changing channels. This has been going on at least 1 year. My other STB is ok. I rebooted my Verison DVR. I've called Verizon tech support. They ran tests and said everything us fine. Can anyone help?

Which Fios box do you have that is giving you issues? If it is an 1100 series or older, they have very limited RAM and processor speed and the newer enhanced graphics will give them fits. If it is a 4100 series try this:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues
If that still doesn't help, unplug the Fios box from power. Power down your router. Power back up the router after 3 minutes, when stable power the Fios box back up.
