The lineup tool
https://www.verizon.com/inhome/fiostv/channellineup
Is missing most channels. Put in any Philadelphia area zip code like 19380 and look at any lineup. Look at "more fios tv" or "most fios tv". Each show a count of 300 to 400 channels. The list that appears is actually less than 100 channels. Specific example: all ESPN channels are missing. In fact, there are no channels listed that start with "E".
If anyone from Verizon is reading this, please put in a ticket to fix the channel tool.
If anyone has a zip code anywhere with a correct lineup in the tool, please post here. I tried lots of zip codes and I could not find one where the tool is even close to correct. They all have 1/4 to 1/3 of the number of channels they should.
I was able to find this generic, static document dated January 2025 which is better than having no reference at all: https://www.verizon.com/content/dam/verizon/support/consumer/documents/verizon_consumer_fios_tv_chan...

It looks like the list associated with the first URL is not all inclusive. I subscribe to More Fios and have a lot more channels than what is shown on that list.
It looks like it isn't being updated.
The other document looks more accurate. 😐
