We have had Fios for over 12 years without many problems; we noticed that a show my wife enjoys didn't record. When we clicked on the actual channel 513 the screen is just black with no audio; we also noted that channels 515 and 520 were the same way. Our bill was paid on time, and we have already tried resetting the boxes and router without any changes.
Does anyone know what their issues are or how we can rectify this problem?

Could be a bad box. I had one do exactly that and that is what the problem was. Does it do it on any other boxes in the house?
