Channel previously available now says "previously subscribed to this channel. Programming available shortly as soon as order processed. Code PKG_201"

Sounds like the new box didn't really initialize properly. They might have to do a factory reset, and re-provision it.

Sounds like you may have just upgraded and they are still processing the order.

While I did switch equipment recently (in retrospect, very unwillingly as the new remoteis far inferior to the old) I don't think that is the issue. I was getting these channels on my old equipment, and was also getting them on the new Fios+ until a couple of days ago. Verizon tried to fix it over chat, but failed. They are sending a technician to my home.
