Closed Caption font and background change

After I upgraded my Fios TV with a new simpler less  button remote control. The new remote control has a voice control. I can turn on/off the closed caption but the  closed caption font size can not be changed. The background of the closed caption is black, which block the behind view., can not be changed either. The setting does not have simply the option.  Just on and off.  How can I change font size, more I like to change background color to transparent,

Main Menu > Settings > System > Accessibility>Closed Captions. Every possible variation is there.

No there is no more options for possible variations For Closed caption. On and off only on the new Fios TV plus setting. I think it is not about the remote controller but new Fios TV plus setting is not the same as the old one.. It is not like the old Fios Tv

Unfortunately it seems they have eliminated the caption customization options in the new stream boxes. Contact Verizon and ask them to add the options back in on the next update stressing the importance of accessibility issues.
