Configuring my second receiver's "favorites" online

I can't find a way to set up the 'favorites' for my second box online. I see both boxes listed, but on the page for setting favorites, I only see my "Living Room" box.

Do I have to enable something first before I can do that?

Is your second box a DVR?  If not, you have to do it the old fashioned way at the STB.  The only remote access is to a DVR.
