Constant Red Light on DVR Box not RECORDING

I have had TV issues for days now, constantly restarting my boxes/router/etc.   Nothings seems to work and noticed that my DVR box has a constant "Red" light on it?  It is impossible to get a hold of Verizon support and idea what it might be?

If it is one red light, it may be trying to download a firmware update.  If there is more than one red light, look here:

Click on link, scroll down, then open "what do lights mean".

Look at the bottom of the page for troubleshooting. Looks like a new box is needed.

You may need to get a new box too.
