I'm having a horrible customer service experience. I guess when you're practically a monopoly you don't need to worry about customer service and support.
My TV network was not working today and tried to self solution and the website kept having me reset the network (did this multiple times including once I used the Chat function it reset the network without asking if it was already done). Tried the call me feature and chat feature to talk to someone directly...after several hangups (hung up on me randomly multiple times after long wait times) I just called them directly and also was hung up on after long wait times. The CHAT just stops working once you get assigned a representative. I've essentially given up after 2 hours. Horrible!

Can you provide some additional information about the specific television platform you're subscribed to? Is it Fios One (legacy cable television) or Fios Plus (the streaming platform)?
A general description of the hardware/setup might yield some clues about possible causes. 🤔
