What constitutes Verizon “support?” It’s literally been a week since the last response from “tech support”, which solely consisted of the obligatory “try swapping out boxes if you have a second one” (which I don’t).

Quite frankly, between this, chat, and phone calls, Verizon has the absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Hands down.
