When I try to record a show, it says the DVR is full. When I go to the DVR, it says there are no recordings. What is the solution?
Have you tried power-cycling your DVR? Unplug power for 3 minutes and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, try this:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues
You could also try this, but it will reset any customization you have made to the box:
Main Menu > Settings > System>Reset Settings
If you still can't get rid of them chat with support and have them clear them for you.
