I have set up a “record series” that I wish to cancel ( VMS4100ATV). Has anyone done this recently? I’m sure that it can be done but all of the replies that I’ve Googled and attempted have been unsuccessful.

Have you gone through all the DVR settings in the menu? Have you tried the DVR troubleshooter in the menu? Are you willing to loose all your recordings by doing a factory reset in the android settings>device preferences?
