DVR manager

My online and phone app DVR manager used to work. It has cut out on me a few times. But Verizon did something on their end to reset it. This last time, I was on the phone with customer support and then the manager. The last suggestion I got from the manager was to reset my router. Guess what? It DID NOT work either. I cannot access the DVR manager online or on the phone apps. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?
