Both STB's were off and both STB's went on DST without any intervention on my part, also!

My STB box was turned off and it converted to DST on it's own without my help also.  🙂

If you are having this problem, just powercycle the cable box.  Just unplug the power, wait a few seconds, and plug the power back in.  It should fix its self.
