Hello,
I had a STB replaced.
Using; In Home Agent > TV Home > Get Started with TV > About Set Top Boxes I see the new one in the list and I was able to describe its location. The accuracy of this list is importnt if I want to use IHA to reset a STB.
I could not find out how to delete the old STB. Does anyone know how to do this?

Pretty much the only thing is contacting them and make sure they have the correct list of boxes. I recommend 1-800-VERIZON during so called "Business hours".

I did call and was told the removed STB will be dropped from the list when it is returned.
It would have been so simple to have this information in the In Home Agent procedure.
