Descriptive Video Service (DVS) disabled, but plays on TruTV HD

Hello, on Fios I have noticed the TruTV HD channel sometimes plays Descriptive Video Service (DVS). I confirmed DVS is disabled in settings. Restarting the set top box did not resolve the issue.

This appears to be recurring (I recall noticing months ago) and possibly inconsistent.

The non-HD version of TruTV does not appear to have this issue.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
