The pdf versions of the channel line-ups are different than the web page pop-up versions. Specifically, the TV Mundo Total package says it has Comedy Central in HD, according to the web page, but the pdf doesn't have it.
Also, do the network channels like Comedy Central have English audio in the TV Mundo packages? I ask because it has the channels I want but at a slightly lower price than the Prime HD package I now have.

Channel packages/line-ups can vary by location so it's hard to answer your first question. You'd be better off contacting fios directly for an answer.
