As of October 1, 2022, Verizon is discontinuing several STB models. Here are the model 2500,2708,6200,6416 and the DCT700. You can get an upgrade to the newer STB of VMS1100 OR VMS4100 at no charge. If you have the DCT700 there will be a charge. I received free 3 DCT700 boxes during the digital conversion in 2008. The program stated "Verizon is offering you the FREE equipment as you are a Verizon Fios TV customer and reside at your current address. The question I have are they going to upgrade us for free under the Digital Conversion program?
