Employee Praise!!!

After 2 months of difficulties with verizon and having to spend extensive time on the phone with them and going back and forth on several issues I finally spoke to employee Marla ID: {edited for privacy} on Friday. She was pleasant and super helpful. She explained everything that was going on with my bill and then took care of it also letting me know what to expect in the future going forward. She was kind and listened to my entire story and got to the bottom of it with perscision and ease. I was so appreciative to have her help! Didn't know how else to let someone know about this but her customer service was supurb! Thank you so much marla!!!!
