All ESPN channels are dropping audio for about a second and thin bands of corrupt video are appearing at the same time. All TVs and STBs in our house have this issue. Any ideas?

Could be several different issues. First try loosening and tightening any coax cable connections in the system. Then power-cycle the system, powering the router back up first. If that doesn't help try this:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix Fios TV Issues
If that doesn't help, check with a neighbor with Fios and see if they have the same issue to see if it is on Verizon's end.
