FIOS MOBILE APP NOT WORKING FOR WEEKS!

I go to watch live tv on my android samsung smartphone and the samsung tablet with the same error appearing on both devices. This occurs even after unistalling and reinstalling it.

ERROR

We appoligize, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.

What is this???? Verizon you need to look into this.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Something else is going on for you.  My Android FiOS Mobile ap is working fine.  This is a peer-to-peer forum, so it is unlikely that Verizon will respond.  Have you contaced the app developer via the email in the Google Play app description?
