FIOS Mobile APP picture quality bad

For the last two weeks the picture quality using the APP on my ipad has been bad - it is not clear, a bit blurry.  the quality is the same weather I am watching live tv or a recording.  Anyone know why this is happening it is quite annoying.

Same issue with iPad Pro 12-9 inch. Picture quality is very poor, almost unwatchable. Other apps (Netflix, etc) stream perfectly. Any updates to troubleshoot this issue?

Issue is at home with very strong WiFi connection in the same room as router.

Thanks, still having issues. I’ve called tech support a few times. They scheduled a call the next day to discuss but never called.  I will try to gather the energy to call again but it’s an excruciating experience.

Any response from them? I’m having the same issue on all my devices. The picture is always initially good but then within a minute it deteriorates to the point where it’s unwatchable.

Sorry, still waiting. May be a problem with firmware in the VMS box.

That's always a good idea. The more calls with the same issue, the higher priority it becomes.

I have the same exact problem on my iPad mini 4. The picture starts off fine when I choose a channel, then gets bad over 2-8 minutes until it’s almost unusable. This happens every time now. It didn’t used to. I am at home watching live tv over WiFi. All other streaming apps work fine. This makes me want to leave Verizon.
