I am wondering why it is when I try to view video using FIOS On Demand that the picture is always pixelated, jerky and not very smooth at all. I have tried resetting my set top boxes but this does not help. On the other hand when I view video using the Netflix service (on the same TV) the video never pixelates and always seems to run smooth. Could there be another setting I am missing?
Do you ever have pixelation on any of your regular channels?
What model router and STBs do you have?
