FIOS One TV+ TV Search doesn’t say SD or HD

FIOS ONE TV, VMS, with 5 Mini boxes.

Hey All,

I just made the HUGE MISTAKE of being FORCED to trade in my FIVE high capacity (300 hours each, all almost completely full) DRV boxes for ONE (100 hours, although I was LIED TO and promised 500 hours) VMS boxes with five awful little Mini boxes.  So I lost ALL of my programming (I was aware of this) and was told that I could upload my DVRs’ series to the cloud and could download them back onto my boxes after the boxes were installed and renamed - NOPE!! Apparently the installers  that up, so that’s no longer an option!!

I can “download the settings from another device on my network”…not from the Cloud.
Ummm, why would want to I copy the settings from my parlor’s awful Mini box to my room’s awful Mini box??? It doesn’t even make sense - so it’s recording the same program twice?!?! 😳🤯🤷🏻‍♀️

But don’t worry, for ALL OF THIS RIDICULOUS NONSENSE, my $305/mo bill went UP TO $311/mo!!, so…🤷🏻‍♀️🤯🤬🤬🤬

Anyhoo…So here’s where I’m at currently with this crapstorm - I go to the AWFUL Search screen (using a remote that looks like a VERY watered down version of my Smart TV remote, any has about 1/3 of the functions of my AWESOME, ORIGINAL DVR REMOTE), and attempt to set up my Series Programs that were set on FIVE DVRs…now, very painfully, ONE AT A TIME - to regain some sort of semblance of what has been ripped away from me by Verizon!

 I  type in the name, (we’ll use “Grey’s Anatomy” because this is one that JUST happened to me).
I select “Open on FIOS TV”, scroll down to “Airings”, and the Search results that come up DO NOT TELL ME WHAT CHANNEL NUMBER THE PROGRAM IS LISTED ON!!! It ALSO DOESN’T SHOW ME if the program is recording on the SD or HD version of the channel - it just says the NAME of the channel.
BOTH ITEMS LISTED SAY the season and episode number, with the following line “ABC WLNE” followed by the date and time. 
When I scroll down to either of these, they look IDENTICAL!!! The INFO button does nothing, btw. 🙄😒😑
HOWEVER, ONE OF THESE IS ACTUALLY “SD” AND ONE IS “HD”…care to guess how I know?!?!

If you guessed “Because you selected the wrong IDENTICAL item, and got an awful SD picture because it recorded in SD?!”, then give yourself a prize!!

Fortunately, the season finale hasn’t aired yet, so I was able to fix this. However, there is NOTHING that I can find to stop these from showing like this! I have my TV channels set to only HD, and can’t find ANY SETTINGS that I used to have access to like “Only record the HD version” or any of the hundreds of other options that were on the dvr boxes that were taken away and “exchanged” for these AWFUL “Mini” boxes!!!

I’ve also noticed this issue (no channel numbers listed , just the channel names) with my recordings, that I want to find that channel again…sorry sweetie - if you don’t memorize which one of the numerous TNTs, FXs, or God Forbid…HBO channels that you recorded it on, the recording sure as he11 isn’t gonna tell you!

 I paid so much per month because some of what I had on my dvr boxes wasn’t replaceable (family on tv, etc.) and the quality of service I was getting.
Hey Verizon, why would I POSSIBLY continue to pay MORE money for service that I can ALREADY get on my “Smart” TVs?!?!?! 🤔

As I’m sure you’ve guessed by now, my annoyance level with this HORRIBLE CHANGE is already at a 4,000 out of 10, so hopefully someone can help me figure out the SD/HD programming in the Search feature.
If not, Verizon will be getting a call to come get their awful little VMS and “Mini” boxes THAT THEY WERE TOO CHEAP TO EVEN BE BOTHERED TO PUT A CLOCK ON!!!
