I got the email that I need to pick a plan for my test drive but of course the webpage does not work properly. I can't get to my recommendations to pick one. I didn't want to do this test drive in the first place but the rep I worked with insisted over and over and over and they told me my price wouldn't change when I picked a lower plan. I just want to pick my More TV Plan. How can I get this webpage to finally work?
