VOD Recommended limits
- Three Standard Definition VOD requests
- One High Definition VOD request
- One High Definition and Two Standard Definition request
This is a normal limitation of the network.
Some area's are upgraded to handle more than 1 HD request at a time, so YMMV.
I would however restart everything just in case, so do it in this order
- Reboot the router (unplug it for 15 seconds and turn it back on)
- Wait for the internet light to come on and flash green
- Reboot the cable boxes affected (menu > customer support > in home agent > reboot set top box)
Try it again afterwards.
