FIOS on Demand

I have spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on a call because an on demand movie would not play - it plays the preview and then just stops. The movie is Wedding Ringer. After 60 mins holding, I spoke to Jeremiah. He could not even refund the Rewards+ pts. He transfers me to sales, which is closed. ??????  Before he transfers me (because this isn't my first Verizon rodeo) I ask to register a formal complaint.  He says there is no way of doing so, other than completing a form on the reverse of my bill.  I am now holding again for an online agent.  This company has the worst period customer period service period ever period.  If you are thinking about joining, don't.  If you're thinking about leaving, do.
