While you're at it, add BBC America. It's on the tier above and below. Come on now...

Verizon negotiates channels with contracts, so they can't be changed until the contract is renegotiated. You can either keep your current service, cancel your service or pay for the service.
You can ask for anything you want, but TV is a pay service not a public service. Personally I want all TV channels free for life, but I don't bother asking for it since I know Verizon will not offer that to me.

FXX and BBC America are not what Prime HD is all about. It's a lower tier for those who just want the most basic networks at a lower price. You're welcome to upgrade...

Actually FX WAS already on prime ... they changed the network name (or added a sister channel, call it what you want) and we should NOT have to pay additional for it. Verizon, please stop this poor customer service and respond to customers. I tried recording two of my favorite shows yesterday (IASIP and League) and while the DVR shows the channel as FXX, when I tune to it it says I'm not subscribed to fox whatever)

FX is still there.
FXX is "new" and currently takes the slot where Fox Soccer was. No one know if they will adjust what packages it is in.

"It's a lower tier for those who just want the most basic networks at a lower price. You're welcome to upgrade..."
This would make sense if BBC America weren't provided in the "Select" package ... the only tier that DOESN'T provide BBC America is Prime. So if I want to watch Dr Who, I can either upgrade to a more "elite" pacakge or downgrade to an even more basic network.
Any other potentially logical explanations?
