Feeling unappreciated as a long time customer

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years and I know people who are paying less,and getting more, for their service than me. I have had years of technical problems with my intranet and TV service and all I get is excuses for the inconviences. I recently renewed my subscription for 2 years and many of the channels I used to get under my bundle years ago I will now have to pay extra for. I will be contacting Verizon before the week ends to give them my final opinion of what I will accept before switching to Comcast.
