Is anyone else having issues with not being able to login? I can login to the My Fios app but when I use the same information for fios tv it doesn't work. Of course since I cannot logon I can't open up a help case using the app.

yeah. that didn't help. I got the same issue even on a different device.
I ended up calling tech support and they had to reset my account a few times.

I did delete the app and reinstall and I had the same problem
