I subscribe to FiOS 50/50 Internet, Phone & Ultimate HD TV package (which includes Showtime, Epix & Cinemax) and pay $117.99 per month for my bundle (does not include equipment, taxes & fees).
I noticed Verizon currently offers new customers w/a 2-year agreement: Phone, 150/150 Internet & Ultimate HD (with Showtime, Epix, Cinemeax & HBO & Starz) for $124.99 per month during year (1) and $129.99 per month during year (2).
For individuals subscribing to the Ultimate HD package what premium movie channels are included with your bundle and does anyone know if I should be receiving HBO and/or Starz for no additional cost?

Check the fine print. I am guessing that all the movie channels (especially HBO) are not free for the entire two year contract.

In some areas the Premium Movie channels, including HBO, are still being included with Ultimate.
But yes in some you will only have them for a shorter period such as 6 months.
