Fios Account- cannot access

Hello: I was trying to change my  Fios TV plan but the app on my iphone keeps sending me to my cellular account. Can someone pleeeeeze tell me how to access my Fios/TV account  - NOT wireless phone.

Oh - I do have the My Verizon app.

You should be able to go here and login using your Fios account info, NOT your phone account info:

Verizon, you gave 404'd link. No bueno. Pls revise your response.

I still don't see how to reach my Verizon FIOS account.

I have Fios log-in which works thru validation, but then errors.

I tried Verizon Mobile log-in, but when I go to my account page, it shows nothing regarding FIOS, even when we goto the 'Home Internet' website.  It wants me to sign up for Fios, yet I'm paying on my credit card Fios for years.

Where and how do I see Fios account?

OK, you go to the Verizon.net page,  and enter your user name, NOT your phone number.
