Fios App TV for Firestick- please choose a device to de -authorize

Hello I've been going back and forth with support for a few days now and no one seems to know what the issue is

 

I have 3 firesticks 4k(the newest ones), I'm able to connect 1 device no problem i try to add the other 2 devices and i keep getting " please choose a device to de-authorize"  If i de authorize it 2x then i cant add it for a month but i shouldnt have to do this since i get unlimited connections 

What i have:

 

The Most Fios TV 3.0

( unlimited connections with 2 simultaneous streams)

1 set top box

3 mini 

( im being charged for 5 TV connections for some reason which i have no idea why the rep changed it to that)

Issues to try and resolve :

1. rep added another TV connection

2. reset set top box

3. reset data use and cache on firesticks 

4. delete app  from firesticks and reinstall 

any ideas?

Still sounds like a billing and not equipment issue. I'd call them back and get them to re-authorize the whole system again and see if that clears things up. It's definitely a billing department snafu.
