I have set my DVR to record the Sundance Channel show Rectify - the DVR shows the show as having been recorded. However, when I try to play it I get a message indicating there's a problem with the recording and that I need to initiatite a check through the menus to request a replacement of my DVR. I initiate that process, and the result of that indicates that my upstairs FIOS box (not the DVR) needs replacing and it says nothing about replacing the DVR. So, I don't know why I can't play the recorded content and the steps proovided on the screen are not helping.
I am trying to play the content from the TV directly connected to the DVR.
