Fios Equipment Update

My old Bose system went out on me.  The Bose control handset was RF.  My Verizon STB was connected to the Bose system so I could use the Bose handset.  I am having  a new sound system put in and the installer said that I needed to get a new STB from Verizon that had RF capability.  My current box is VMS1100 made by Arris.  How do I go about getting a new RF STB?  I have tried chatting with Verizon but put on hold and then dropped.

Call billing and tell them you need an updated Fios box. TRY to get a VMS4100 system, AKA Fios One as the new stream system still has a lot of bugs.
