I am unable to access any channels on fio s mobile app. Gives me a message stating need to be near box. One of reason I got this was to be able to watch programs while sitting in M.D. Offices and for waiting for granddaughter and when I'm camping. It worked the first week hasn't worked since even reset . Spoken with agent several days ago and it still doesn't work . Works fine in house lol. Will call back while at car dealer tomorrow if I don't hear from you
Try removing and reinstalling the app.
If you still have issues, use the in app request for help.
They can see logs of what is going on.
