Fios One STB not saving Netflix Credentials

Issue reported as resolved here, but it's not:

I am the original poster and have tried the listed solution twice with no change.  I continue to be forced to log into Netflix each time I log in.  This began, now three weeks ago.

Any assistance appreciated.

Ok, if that isn't working call the billing department and have them re-authorize your Fios account.
