Starting about two weeks ago, every time I start Netflix from the Widgets and Apps Menu item, I am forced to re-enter my credentials.  Fortunately, I can do this via a QR code, but a pain in the neck, nonetheless.

Try Menu>settings>Customer Support>System Info, then look for Netflix reset in the system info.

Sorry, screwed up that link. The correct place to look is:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > System Information. Go to page 2 and reset the Netflix app.
