Hello,
we've had Verizon Fios for just over a week now. Set top box in living room hasn't been working. everytime we turn TV on we have to unplug box and plug back in. when we turn tv on it box flashes red to clear blue and TV is stuck on the menu flashing back and forth. we have gotten a new set top box and same thing. so frustrating. TV is bedroom works fine.
