Recently our three Verizon Fios High-definition Set-Top-Boxes lost all our favorite channels on favorites (1) & (2) only the Full TV Guide is available. You must now enter the channel number or select from the full guide. No longer can I use the channel up/down button. We lost the ability to “Add” channels to the favorites.

Verizon is aware of an issue with the latest update and a tentative fix should be on 11/25. No guarantees on that though.
