I've just installed the Fios TV One STB (VMS 4100) and it doesn't seem to be connected to my wifi. Should it? I can't find any STB settings that will allow me to make the connection. There are menu items that are supposed to show the SSID and password, but those show nothing. I have the newer Verizon router (G3100). The STB is connected via coaxial cable.
The VMS4100 just needs to connect with coax. It gets the video signal from the ONT and gets data from the G3100 via MoCA both on the coax. The mini clients can connect via coax, ethernet, or wifi.
