In Berwyn, PA and TV out (internet and phone working). Tried calling the number on the TV screen but get response that service is unavailable and call back later. Message referred me to website but can't get on - very slow to stopped.
TV and telephone outage in Yardley, PA. Dial tone on phone works but can't make calls - rapid busy signal. Tried calling Verizon on both land line and cell and get same rapid busy. Online support not working either. Error messages instead of help. What's going on? How widespread is this? When will it be resolved?
