I noticed that when using the Fios TV Voice Remote, any button will switch on the TV (and STB), versus just the power button itself. Sometimes that's a bit annoying because if the dog jumps on the couch, or a pillow falls on the remote or whatever, some random button apart from the main power button will get pressed, and the TV goes on.
I was not able to find a setting that controlled this, but maybe I just missed where to do this. Wondering if anyone know if this setting can be changed?

Try disabling this and see if it helps:
Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Video Settings > TV Input Control
Also I think what is happening is your TV is waking up when the Fios box wakes up via CEC. You could try disabling CEC in your TV and see if that helps too.
