I cannot get Fios TV app to work on my Amazon Fire Sticks. When I get to the step of registering device I get a message saying "No Streaming Device Connected detected. Your Fios TV packege doesn't include a Streaming Device Connection, which is required to use this device to access your Fios TV service. You can go to http://myverizon.com to manage your account connections." But I don't know if that's true. E.g. I can use the Fios TV app to live stream Fios TV to my Samsung phone. Wouldn't that mean I do have Streaming Device Connection included in my account? I can't figure out from accessing my account and reviewing it onlune whether or not I do and I called Verizon and they said it should work with my account.
