Fios TV goes to black screen for 3-10 secs several times a day

Fios TV goes black for a few seconds multiple times a day. Never when watching a streaming channel such as Netflix . Only when watching regular TV. Tired of missing crucial parts of TV shows and sports games!

The usual procedure is to check all the coax connections and connectors in the system. Loosen and tighten the connections, and make sure they are correct. Also remove poser to the Fios box and the router, power the router back up, then the Fios box when the router is stable. If that doesn't help, make sure the splitter is MoCa 2.0 certified, and it may also need to be replaced. You can try the following too:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Connected Device Status
Make sure it says the connections are all good and the devices are working correctly. Place line under the devices, then press OK on the remote to see the details.
If everything looks good, do you loose WiFi or internet service when the cable goes down?

If you have more than one box does it do it on all of them at the same time?
