Fios TV keeps freezing

I have done the unplug let sit repugnant it. Moved the ont, router, cable box and still not resolved. This happens every time I watch TV. Literally all day every day. They have come and say it's fixed but still doing it. I dont have an hour everyday to report the issue. Beyond frustrating.
